Cute, comfortable house! We would definitely stay again. I was worried when we drove up about the area because the property next door is in bad shape and looks vacant. There was a car that looked like someone was living in it parked in front of the house; however, once inside the house, we did not hear any noise from outside or have any issues. We had a great stay!

The place was as advertised! The host was easy to communicate with and if we had any questions she was extremely responsive. If and when we come back to Baton Rouge, we will be checking this places prices first! Highly recommended.

Fantastic location for graduation weekend. Easy access to campus and to numerous restaurants for celebratory festivities! House was as pictured and tastefully decorated. Plenty of towels, coffee, and dishes. I did struggle with the thermostat for a minute - LOL- but once I figured it out it was easy to adjust and cooled effectively. The neighborhood across Park was highly walkable - my husband and I enjoyed several walks to take in the beautiful homes and saw many locals walking dogs, jogging, and biking. If you are looking for a quiet spot convenient to LSU- I highly recommend!

House was perfect for our group of 5 traveling for an event at LSU. Plenty of space and amenities. Everything was clean and host was very helpful as needed.
