O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
The house, on three levels, offers well-defined living spaces. You benefit from a master bedroom on the first floor with a shower room and a 160/200 bed.
The first floor is through, so you can enjoy the view of the countryside and the sea.
The veranda allows you to admire the English Channel from all angles: the changing colours, the strength of the tides, the boats sailing offshore...
The living room is not to be outdone, you have a pellet stove, a connected TV, a Marshall connected speaker and very comfortable seats.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped: dishwasher, oven, classic coffee maker and Nespresso, raclette machines, fondue machines, everything you need to prepare a good meal or enjoy a seafood platter.
The second floor, perfect for families, offers you two bedrooms: the first with a 160/200 bed, the second has a 140/190 bed and two 90/190 single beds.
You finally have two exteriors: a terrace directly overlooking the sea and a small garden on the countryside side. It is thus possible to organize a barbecue and park two cars in a row in the property.
Villa Rosalie will be your anchor point for visiting Cherbourg and the Cotentin:
-La Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg is a place not to be missed when visiting the Cotentin peninsula as well as Port Racine, the Ravalet castle in Tourlaville, the birthplace of Jean-François Millet or the last home of Jacques Prévert.
-You will stay 50 km from Utah beach, about 100 km from the Calvados landing beaches and 120 km from Caen.
-For sports enthusiasts, the Pôle Nautique d'Urville-Nacqueville (5 min. walk) offers a wide range of water activities.
Equestrian centres are also available.
-For lovers of the sea, the beach of Sciotot is a famous surf spot, the dune massif of Biville offers you a magnificent landscape and a playground for children. It's an unusual idea for a walk that will allow you to discover abandoned tanks from the 2nd World War. Don't forget the hikes to the Nez de Jobourg: "The highest cliffs in Europe" are, after Mont-Saint-Michel, the most visited place in the English Channel. This sensory experience is simply unforgettable" (france-randos com)
We don't forget the little ones and install a travel cot and a high chair on request.
