Very nice apartment - convenient access to downtown and the airport. Was able to add parking for a couple days on the weekend - host was very responsive with all communication. Great having washer and dryer in the unit, as well as pots and pans for cooking

Check-in process was very easy. Unit was spotless. My only suggestion is that they give more towels. We were allowed 3 (one per person), and there were only 2 plastic cups in the unit, and 3 pillows. The owner shipped us extra pillows which was nice.

The hosts were great with additional questions with quick responses and the place was clean and in good shape

Multiple communication lines - discontinuity between VRBO and Expedia. Inconsistent communication. Expedia and VRBO says the door codes will be available three days prior checking in. The host says two hours. It does not matter if it's two hours - it needs to be communicated well ahead so that I don't have to worry about it. No communication to communicate this until I frantically asked and called around. Overall, very poor communication from all, Expedia, VRBO and the host.
