The cottage is centrally-located in the heart of the Barbee Chain of Lakes. It also has a great back yard with plenty of shade and room to play games. The host also provides plenty of backyard games for guests. The neighbors are also very nice and welcoming.

We had an amazing stay at Little Barbee Lake! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful lake views and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind, and we loved spending time on the water and exploring the area. The location was excellent—close to great restaurants, hiking trails, and plenty of local attractions while still feeling like a private retreat. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.We made wonderful family memories here and would absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for a relaxing lakeside escape in northern Indiana, we highly recommend this place!

As advertised lake cottage. Quiet and peaceful area.

We came to fish for a few days and were not disappointed. The rental was exactly what we needed - plenty of space to park our trucks and trailers, a pier for our boats, and a tavern a block away. The cabin was cool and rustic. We caught 50 fish here in the fall and we couldn't be more pleased. We rent for fishing trips twice a year and we will surely be back here next year!
