Price-quality wise, it was surely a pleasant stay! Teresa is a friendly and excellent host, responding very fast and clearly. She also gave me good recommendations for Portuguese restaurants when I asked for them. Every day a cleaner cleans the bathroom, kitchen, and second toilet, as well as restocking toilet paper. The location is also great, with plenty of local restaurants nearby and a Pingo Doce supermarket just 5 minutes away where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner like a local for local prices. On my floor, there were 4 other guests, and I had no troubles whatsoever. Everyone was respectful, and no one touched my groceries in the fridge. The appliances also worked properly. P.S. The pictures included were taken with a 0.5x lens to capture everything. In reality, the rooms and spaces are smaller than they appear in the photos.

It's an old building, so it is quite noisy. I sleep with earplugs and I had little to no issues, but you can clearly hear people walking on the second floor as well as on the floor I was staying at. If someone snores loudly, you might hear it from your room. You can also hear people entering and leaving their rooms. During the weekend nights, people outside can also be a bit noisy. So if you're a light sleeper, keep this in mind. During warm days when nights are around 20 degrees, the room can get quite warm. There is an air conditioner, but it is somewhat noisy and you cannot adjust the airflow direction since it is fixed to the wall. There were also some stains on the walls and ceiling, including some minor mold from past water damage, though that didn't bother me personally. All in all, it was definitely worth the price!

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer gut erreichbar gewesen. Mir wurde sogar angeboten die Wäsche für mich zu waschen, in dem dazugehörigen Waschsalon. Schönes, ruhiges Viertel mit sozialer Struktur. Nett eingerichtete Zimmer.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

l'emplacement en temps normal doit être très bien mais un jour de fête de la ville soit du 9 au 12 juin il en va autrement. il est bien placé car le centre est accessible à pied. Teresa nous a bien accueilli.

Du 9 au 12 juin nous avons expérimenté la nuit festive de Lisbonne... jusqu'à 3h du matin il y a eu des chants, de la musique et beaucoup, beaucoup de monde devant l'entrée et dans la ruelle. impossible de dormir avant... J'aurais aimé être averti de ces festivités le jour de ma réservation. Donc a éviter à ces dates sauf si vous voulez ne pas dormir et à peine bouger !
