Size of the place was great, comry beds

This was such a comfortable property. The beds were super cozy and the shower was great. The extra added touch with treats were very kind.

Tidy property with modern kitchen and bathroom. TV has all the usual connections and the heat pump in the lounge is powerful. Shower is one of the best we’ve experienced. Bathroom was fully stocked, there was a courtesy container of milk in the fridge and a nice selection of teas and coffees. Location is quiet but central, with quick access to the CBD and University. Hosts were flexible with arrival and live nearby, with notices about property that they can drop by if there are issues (or you want to use the BBQ)

There is no heating in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but the lounge heatpump can heat the bedrooms if doors are left open.

The house was super clean and well equipped. It's in a good location, quiet and walkable to town.

On the morning of our departure, the owner (who lives next door) was there on the stroke of 11am to start cleaning while we were just finishing tidying up and getting our car packed. He didn't introduce himself or ask how our stay was (we had to ask if he was Nick), which left a slightly sour note as we felt he just wanted us out at that point.
