I like how it is clean, has air conditioner in every room and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with new furniture. They even put a tiny shampoo in every bed. Wifi was great. Not too fare from Milano Duomo only 17 min by car, metro station is close but I didn’t use it. Also there is Carrefour supermarket very close a 5 minutes walk.

There is only one bathroom and we are 8 persons. The street is kinda dirty and creepy, however there are some very kind people some Arab and Bangladeshi people down street owned shops and cafes who helped us very gladly to find the apartment. To us it was a little hard to find. Hidden by construction barriers and wood. The contact number was not answering very fast, there was no password to enter the building, only joining by clicking on a certain link to open the door was sent to me directly by the host, and If anyone from my family wanted to open he couldn’t even if I sent the same link because they need to inter some other booking information and the host was not helpful on that. This issue was annoying me.

The location for getting into Milan central is amazing, because of the M3 stop practically right outside the door. The apartment itself is also very charming, clean, well maintained and suited our needs very well. There is also a large grocery store right nearby for all your needs. The AC was also a very big plus during this heat.

Compared to central Milan, the neighborhood might seem a little rough. However, that is tempered by the fact that getting into the city is very easy due to the Metro and Tram stop right next by. Everything in the apartment itself was wonderful and very nice.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. Le métro se situe à 2mn à pied, il y a également un grand carrefour 24/24 juste à coté. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel avec des gels douche et savons mis à disposition. Il y a tout tout ce dont on a besoin.

La salle de bain est à refaire : les murs sont moisis, les joints sont inexistants dans la douche. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas, donc en plein hiver il fait froid, surtout que celle ci se situe dans la douche. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage, prévoyez vos boules quies pour la nuit !

The staff were really nice allowing us to check in early. This was super helpful and much appreciated.

The mould in the bathroom and the extremely dirty couch in the living room were the two most disgusting things about the apartment. There was no basic cleaning products such as washing liquid or hand soap. We only stayed for two nights but if you are planning a longer stay it is super inconvenient. The living room and one of the bedrooms are facing the main street with cafes, restaurants and a frequently used public transport and trains which are extremely noisy at night. It has disturbed our sleep massively. The locations therefore is not ideal. The place is not kept tidy and clean either. The owners should put more effort into replacing the couch, cleaning the apartment and isolating the windows from the street side.
