Everything. I loved it here. I've wanted to stay here for quite some time. It did not disappoint. I'd love to stay again. Hopefully next year.
I wanted to stay longer.

The instructions were clear and I had everything I needed (tea and coffee facilities, some little cakes, towels, shower stuff). The bed was comfortable. I didn't try the shower, but it looked good.
The price was good and the location was walkable from Bromley and very well served by buses.

Nothing not to like

Comfortable bed
Good size room
Suitable for a short stay
Noise during the night.
There were sounds from plumbing in our room and the room above all night, plus the fridge was very noisy, hence very little sleep
Water not hot in the shower
