The room was comfortable. Very modern, clean, centrally located and had easy to self check in.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The plug for wofo beside bed didn't work. Didn't like it was a basement room with just a skylight.

We extended our stay for two additional nights and upgraded to a larger room, which was amazing — very spacious, comfortable, and a great choice for a longer stay. The hotel team were super understanding and helpful with the room change, allowing us to move smoothly between rooms with the check-out and check-in times aligned, which made the transition completely hassle-free. Really appreciated their flexibility and support. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent, the room was comfortable, and the property is convenient for exploring London with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I especially appreciated the team’s gesture of providing a complimentary room cleaning during my extended stay, which was a nice touch and made the longer stay more comfortable. Overall, a good option for a London stay, particularly if you value a central and convenient location.

The location was really good, rooms were nicely decorated and modern.

The house keeping was extra fees, we stayed there for 6 days they wanted extra money to bring us fresh towels. The rooms were small, no elevator you need to carry your luggages through really narrow stairs. They dont have anywhere to store luggages therefor we left out bags to a place where they have an arrangement and claimed our first 2 hours will be free. It wasnt free eventhough we booked through the link they have send us we payed 60 pounds to store our luggages for a few hours.
