Lovely town house, close to Disney and Universal. Perfect for what we needed. Rental company kept in touch so check and and our stay went smoothly.
Nothing really. The new gate system was a bit of a mess but that was the security company so nothing the rental company could do about it

The condo is close to everything. Access to the complex and to the unit was very easy. The pool complex is nice and the staff are very friendly and professional. The condo complex is gated, there was no problem with loud noise. The value for this condo was very good.
I like a very firm bed, but this bed was the most firm I have ever slept on. It was ok for me but may be much too firm for some.

The location of the townhouse is clearly a great attribute. Walmart, Publix and US192 shopping places are located within a radius of 10 minutes. Disney parks are within a 15 minutes drive. Our sincere thanks to our host, who was very responsive and quick to resolve the issues we encountered or answer our questions. Excellent customer service.
Cleaning could be improved (hair residu in sheets and towels).
