Wonderful and quiet residential location, but with easy access to Tube and buses. The lower ground studio was as-pictured, very spacious with plenty of natural light. The in-unit combined washer/dryer was a major plus. The bed and bathroom were both clean and comfortable. My partner had stayed at an internationally branded hotel chain in London at a similar price point and The Regency was vastly superior. No real-time interaction with staff as we didn’t need anything, but the check in and mid-stay emails were informative.
One small thing: there is no deadbolt or secondary lock for the unit — just the keypad lock. Not an issue for us, but I think other guests would find it more secure.

In an excellent location within walking distance of Pimlico Tube. Also, a short walk to Parliament Square, and the Tate is around the corner. The living area of the apartment was quite spacious, but the conservatory-style roof and mezzanine area seemed a bit pointless and very hot. Pimlico is a quiet enclave in London, very close to the Tube and Victoria, and an easy walk to the river.
No luggage storage, which was an issue as my friends had arrived from the US with a lot of bags and long before check-in at 3pm. We ended up booking space at a nearby hotel, which was a bit of a hassle but necessary. We found a good pub on the corner to have lunch and kill time. We eventually walked around to the apartment building at 2:30, and one of the employees there let us in early as the apartment was ready.

Fabulous location and so much space! Loved having a kitchenette!
That light outside our window on the stairwell was so bright at night, even through the shades. I had to cover it with a shopping bag so we could sleep. And yes, the stairs down are steep, but manageable and worth it- especially considering how much room you get for the price.

We stayed in Apartment No. 4. I have to say that the constant noise from people walking around in the apartment above made our stay less enjoyable.
The apartment is at pavement level, so if you want any privacy, you really need to keep the blinds down.
