This property worked nicely for a trip to Cincinnati for a long weekend. Parking was great. Proximity was very close to OTR district. Close proximity to a ton of bars and restaurants. Property was clean, air conditioner worked great, and enough space for us six adults. This whole property could use some maintenance. Paint and flooring is chipped, loose handles and knobs. Glass table outside table was cracked. The downstairs banister for the stairs was loose and wobbly, at the top of those stairs the flooring was also loose. Nothing that affected our stay but wear and tear here and there that keeps this from being a 5 star experience. Updates that could be made for future guests. Thanks for having us

Very clean property. Was there for a Reds game. Was exactly a 1 mile walk to the stadium area. House was very well taken care of and I would highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience at this place! I met up with a group of friends—some I hadn’t seen in years—to celebrate my 35th birthday, and it was the perfect setting for the occasion. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions I had. Everything went smoothly, and we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Overall the process of checking the space was smooth and a lot of quick responses from manager. The picture showed a regular coffee machine but it was a Keurig. Also a chair had a metal pole sticking out of it so we couldn’t use that. We also couldn’t use downstairs tv because there wasn’t a remote. The management dropped one off, but it still wasn’t useable. Minimal kitchen amenities but overall clean enough. The beds were comfortable and the street noise was minimal.
