Everything was as advertised. Tim and Bethany were very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a large family. An accurate listing! Very clean, roomy and comfortable.

Our stay was pleasant overall, but we feel a few small improvements would make a big difference. The kitchen utensils were in need of an upgrade, and the location of the grill on the lower level was not convenient for cooking. Daily construction on the unit next door (7am to 6pm) were noisy, especially early morning. This unit is a great location for us to get out on the water every day and avoid the noise.
