beautiful clean house, beds are very comfortable, only issues were every room has smoke detectors that have motion lights that illuminate every time you move, including rolling over in bed so bring eye cover if light bothers you. Also states you get 1 free bundle of fire wood. There was no fire wood. Other than that it was great

I must say that this property was beautiful and well taken care of well worth the price, the host was excellent. Everything went smoothly no issues definitely an A

Great property and experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far the nicest home we have rented at Sunday River and we can’t wait to stay at Merrill Hill Hideaway again! Everything was top notch. Heated garage, enormous mudroom with cubbies, hooks and seats, beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and everything you might need, comfy beds, wrap around sofas in the living room and lower level, gas fireplace, nice big hot tub with plenty of towels, beautifully decorated. Just a quick drive to the slopes. The owners truly thought of everything. We loved everything about it!
