Perfect location and reasonably price. Loved the basket of goodies waiting for us upon check in. Plenty of beach towels and chairs provided.

Location and charm! If you are looking for a classic beach cottage with all the quirks this is it! Across the street from two public beach access points (Texas and Alabama) with Atlantic Towers directly across the street. The PERFECT location for those who appreciate easy walking distance to it all. Including the famous “Tiki Bar”. Best part? Dogs allowed! The linens and blankets were new, clean, and super comfy. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels in both bedrooms and the living room. Both bedrooms are roomy and have a full bath. The kitchen has everything you need and clean modern appliances. This classic cottage is well maintained and is clearly cherished by the host/owners who are super responsive and local. Cool fact - the island table in the kitchen was used in the John Travolta/Vince Vaughn thriller, Domestic Disturbance! Highly recommend for beach loving travelers looking for a cozy place by the ocean.
