which is located in the captain’s gable of the thatched Frisian house.

On the first floor is the inviting living and dining room with a fireplace.
The small kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, among other things, is tucked away in a nook adjacent to the living room.
Also on the first floor is the bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Upper floor:
The large, private bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built-in closets.
The apartment includes a private terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair.

A parking space is available on the property (Lerchenweg 19).
A bicycle storage room is available.

The old thatched-roof Frisian farmhouse was first mentioned in 1747 as the eleventh house in Westerland and is now a listed historic building.

The location of the old Friesenhof Südern is truly unique! The 1,730 m² enclosed garden property, situated between Lerchenweg and Fischerweg and directly adjacent to the Südwäldchen in Westerland, is just a few meters from the beach access point.

To ensure undisturbed living, the farmstead has been divided into separate sections, each with its own entrance. Every apartment features its own terrace area with patio furniture. This allows you to enjoy the idyllic setting and tranquility while still being just a short walk from restaurants and shops.

The apartments have all been freshly renovated, feature high-quality carpentry, and are newly furnished. The large garden has been enhanced with new paths and terraces, and new plantings harmoniously complement the existing trees.
