Location and an authentic sleep in the heart of Tokyo.i have been to Japan many times and this arguably the best spot to stay. host was incredibly quick to respond. The washing machines were a game changer.
Just be aware it is close living so you will hear your neighbours

Great communication with the property owner – they respond quickly and really try to help.
Clean, well-maintained room; very good location for Akihabara.
I highly recommend it. ☺️
