Charming, everything we needed, spacious
It was a little having to take our garbage down 3 flights, then back up, and then back down 3 flights as we were leaving.
Otherwise it was perfect

Exemplary communication with owners. Easy access to apartment with parking directly outside. Excellent, well equiped kitchen. Great "proper" coffee machine with plenty of pods supplied. Comfortable open lounge area. Bedroom had lots of storage hanging space and comfy bed.Good WiFi. Clear instructions for trash etc. We had a great 2 night stay.
Nothing

It was clean and it had everything I needed. The kitchen was spacious and I loved cooking on the gas stove!
The 6th floor gives you more privacy and perhaps a nicer view, just be aware that you need to use stairs to get to Unit 6.

Decor and set up
Terrible foundation issues. The bathtub felt like the wood support beneath it are rotted. It must be addressed. As well as all the different areas where flooring is warped and needs attention. But honestly it’s a perfect location and perfectly remodeled. I’m in construction myself. It’s a beautiful place.
I would recommend a bed frame that does not stick out and bangs up against your shins constantly…………
