Lovely owner really helpful and informative. Bed was SO comfy I slept like a baby. Great location if visiting Victoria Park for a festival. Other guests staying here were quiet and respectful. I would say great value for money and I would stay here again if we were in the area.
Entering the property through the surrounding area was quite daunting, but was pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. Felt much safer once inside as all doors have locks on ect.
