Everything was great. Easy check in ( mark even allowed us a little early because we got there early). He was very easy toCommunicate with. Amazing experience

We had an excellent stay at this house - it was clean, well located, and the layout worked great for us. My husband and I were in town for a wedding, and the house was perfectly positioned between Chatham and the Wychmere. We found the house well stocked with everything we needed, and appreciate that it was so comfortable - the furniture was much nicer than the typical vacation rental. We had our dogs with us, and found some great trails nearby. The rail trail is easily accessed just a short walk up the street, and the Red River Beach was a great spot to take them since we were there during the off season. The yard outside, while not fenced, felt private and quiet and it was easy to let them in and out with no issue. We highly recommend this house and look forward to staying again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was perfect for our family of 3’s needs. It was nicely decorated and cozy, with the basic amenities needed. Extra towels, beach supplies and bottled waters were a plus! Our host was easy to reach and very responsive. We recommend this listing to others!

Great location and property. Had a little trouble with the porch door lock handle as it would get stuck and not open from the house side
