The thing that surpirised me the most, was the level of guest support the owners are giving the guests. Upfront they wil await you and show you around the apartment. I contains a separate living room, separate bedroom, separate bathroom and separate kitchenette with all facilities. They will also provide you a document with everything you need within the apartment, within the surrounding area and they will also help you with your questions during your stay, from what public transport options to take, to ordering a taxi for you and looking for the best shops for you. To me it looked like a private guest relations manager!

There was not a thing that could have been done better than what the owners already have done.

Very nice flat with absolutely everything you need. The owners were very pleasant, helpful and responsive - they provided a good information sheet and reacted to any requests through texting if I needed anything else. Plenty of local shops and food outlets / restaurants.

Public transport is not so close as it is on the outskirts of the city in a residential area - Marconi Metro station walkable within 28 mins if you don't mind - otherwise taxis seem most practical if you're in a hurry. Didn't stay long enough to work out the buses. Couldn't find any British TV stations but that might be just me!

Good location, very kind and helpful hosts.
