The heating wasn't on in this room and it had turned really cold. We had paid for another nights stay but because it was so cold we came home early.

Hotel is situated in a charming village. There is walking access to parks, grocery shops, pubs, restaurants, churches and bus services (that can take you to train stations). As well as an outdoor area/garden behind the hotel. The host, Martin, is very accommodating to any reasonable requests.
It was a little difficult to locate the entrance as it was not easily seen from the road and the signs for the restaurant below dominated the building.

Perfect, host was easy to contact when arriving and I was greeted by a lovely gentlemen that showed me to my room. Was lovely and clean, water & hot drinks available, fresh towels and the room was really nice. Even had an iron which was handy as I was attending a wedding near by
Could do with a hairdryer and breakfast but not the end of the world. Plenty of places nearby for a nice breakfast
Entrance carpet is very grubby
