Communication with the host was excellent. We were notified far in advance of our trip that some renovations were scheduled on the pool and front yard starting in March. They were hopeful the renovations would be done, but could not guarantee it. The host offered options, but with a group of 9 we really didn't have a lot of options. The host stayed in contact with us and kept us apprised of the situation. While ultimately some renovations were continuing the host worked hard to ensure our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our trip to the fullest. The host worked hard to ensure communication was good and our stay was worry free. The views were beautiful and the area was wonderful. I would not hesitate to book this property again!

Great place! Very well stocked house, loads of amenities that weren’t listed. Super clean, close to all the attractions but far enough away to be serene & peaceful. We especially enjoyed the view and feeding the birds. Staff was very personable and communicated well. Highly recommend!

Host was very responsive. Amazing views. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach closest had all the essentials for day trips.

Host kept constant communication throughout the stay to make sure everything is good. Place was in a great spot that made exploring the island easy. Will recommend to others.
