The room was great but the property could be updated. The elevators were sketchy. Hard to find your way around the property to the elevator and finding the trash chute. The wristbands would work sometimes.

We loved our room and we enjoyed our time there. We arived 4 hrs early and they let us check in at 1 instead of 4. We would stay again for sure!

Check in communication with Host and Check In Clerk was a bad experience with bands and parking pass not available when we arrived. Was threaten to be removed from property at one point due to amenities access because the host didn’t provide bands. Lost almost two days and was not offered any concessions. Room was fine, stay was good, could have been better.
