We love it here. Host is friendly, flexible, responsive. Been here two years in a row, hope to return next year .

Dane was great. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. Dane checked in with us to make sure thing were okay whoch was nice. We couldnt have asked for a better host. The condo had everything you needed and more. Nice little place. We had a great time. Kayaked at Lake Utica and Spicer. Beautiful. We will definitely be calling Dane again to book this charming condo.

My wife & I spent 5 pleasant nights in Bear Valley, CA. We were there for the Bear Valley Summer Music Festival. The condo was very comfortable for the 2 of us. It was described as a loft which I knew meant that the sleeping area was up 1/2 flight from the main level. What I learned was that the condo is over a garage which meant that it was up 3 sets of 4 steps each. My wife was a trooper. The area is beautiful and relaxing. We had a great stay.

Great location for outdoor fun. Condo had all amenities, older property. Priced right. Awesome communication and easy check in and out.
