Our vacation rental, with 50 square meters of living space, can accommodate 1–3 people. The cozy living room invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and electric kettle, has everything you could need. The vacation home features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. The spacious bathroom rounds out the overall experience. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m., and check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are allowed (for a fee of 15.00 EUR per pet per night). A crib or rollaway bed is available upon request. Breakfast can be booked as an optional add-on (price: 9.00 EUR per person). Our apartment is located on the first floor of our private home. Accessible via a staircase, the apartment has its own entrance door. We are located exactly halfway between the county seat of Cham and the “Dragon Town” of Furth im Wald. Each is about 10 km away. Our two vacation apartments feature a spacious garden, suitable for both people and pets, as well as an outdoor saltwater pool that is available 24/7 during the summer months. There’s also a large sun deck for relaxing in the sun, as well as for cozy evenings around the campfire. The beautifully developed Chambtal Bike Trail is about a 2-minute walk or a 1-minute bike ride away.
