Our 5 week stay was ok. The new hostess was wonderful and Florencio responded to our inquiries with in minutes! Location suited us. Quiet area. There is a pickleball court RIGHT below our condo, starting at 7:30am going sometimes to 11:00PM. Condo is halfway between Tulum and the beach, so a mode of transportation is definitely needed. Abundance of towels and bedding but lacking kitchen towels, we had to buy our own. Condo maintenance staff kept the public area very clean!
