O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
The apartment is new and elegant, offering fully air-conditioned rooms and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for smart working. Strategically located just 200 metres from Metro A (Furio Camillo) and a few minutes from the historic centre, you can easily reach all of Rome's main attractions. In fact, the area around the flat is part of the Tuscolano district, a highly regarded residential area of Rome where you can breathe in an authentic atmosphere away from the beaten tourist track. Tuscolano is well served by metro, trains and buses, providing quick connections to the historic centre, as well as to the railway station and Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.
The neighbourhood offers a good range of everyday amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood retains a popular and lively character, ideal for those who want to experience Rome like a local.
What's more, being a penthouse, you can enjoy a splendid view over the whole of Rome!
The rooms are equipped with Smart TVs. Underneath the one in the living room, you will also find a universal charger compatible with all types of devices. The two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath/shower) guarantee comfort and convenience for families and groups.
You will find every comfort designed to make you feel at home:
• Fresh sheets and a complete set of high-quality towels
• Complete courtesy line: shampoo, shower gel, soap bars, shower cap and beauty kit with make-up remover pads, cotton buds and nail file
• Welcome selection with coffee capsules and tea bags
• Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator
We also love to welcome our guests with a special touch: a small welcome aperitif with snacks and sparkling wine to get your Roman experience off to the best start. If you wish, you can contribute to our “world wall” by bringing a magnet from your city: a symbolic way to leave a memento of your stay.
Upon arrival, you will also find a bottle of fresh water, even though the tap water is perfectly drinkable.

The apartment was spectacular! It was very clean ,centrally located in a residential part of Rome away from the crowds, a 5 minute walk from the subway, and close to local stores and restaurants. Nicola was a great host. He was friendly patient,, very accommodating, and extremely helpful when we needed directions. The apartment is on the top floor( 8th) of the building, and you should be aware that the elevator only goes to the 7th, so you have to walk up the last flight with your luggage. All in all, we would stay there again without hesitation.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 3. Nicola was an amazing host and she recommended so many good places to eat. It is only a couple minute walk to the metro and made it so easy to get to the sites and was so nice to come back in the evenings for a relaxed dinner.
