This charming apartment is located in a private residence in Villers-sur-Mer.
It is ideal for a family: couple with 2 or 3 children.
The accommodation:
You will have at your disposal:
- 2 bedrooms with standard double beds, a dresser, shelves and cupboards in the hallway.
- a living room with a table for 6 people, a sofa bed, a television.
- a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob and dishwasher.
- a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine. The toilets are independent.
To complete your stay, you can enjoy a terrace-garden with a table and chairs.
You will be welcomed by Hervé who will be able to sit you in and give you advice on outings in the city and the surrounding area.PGJyPgPGJyPgPGJyPg
PGJyPgEnd-of-stay cleaning is mandatory for 30€ per stay. We offer the provision of bed linen and towels for 25€ per bed per stay.
Parking space included in the rental price.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation and pets are not allowed.
The residence is 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from Villers 2000 where you will find all the local shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, market place two days a week, tobacconist, pizzeria...). PGJyPg�PGJyPgIs also close to the beach equipped and supervised, as well as a leisure area Cinema, Casino, mini-golf...)

Great place to stay. Really close to the beach. The little garden is really nice especially if you have kids. I appreciated the two bedrooms. These are the pros of the property.The apartment cleanness wasn't great ( hairs in the bathroom, and lots of dust under the beds)and the fact there's no bedsheets included is a big downside. But there's a great potential. After a good renovation and some improvement it'll be a much greater place to stay.
