Sehr saubere mit Liebe gestaltete Unterkunft! Super schön, dass es in solch einem kleinen Ort ein Hostel gibt. Sehr liebes Personal, eine ausgestattete Küche mit Minimarkt und gemütliche Zimmer. Immer gerne wieder!

This was hands-down the best venue out of the 7 I stayed at during my trip across Germany.
It's set in a remote village, surrounded by farms and animal agriculture.
Everything from how the breakfast bar and kitchen was organised to how they offered slippers upon entry demonstrated a exceptionally good eye for detail and felt very well organized.
All rooms were extremely clean and tidy.
Everything felt like it had a personal touch, which made you feel very invited and we'll looked after.
They offered if I wanted dinner when I checked in, even though I had arrived later than the usual dinner time.
Their vegan breakfast options were really good (they even had chia seeds!) and their vegan lentil soup for dinner was delicious and incredible value.
They also had a mini market cupboard stocked with pasta and sauces you could buy and cook yourself, which was a very nice touch as the nearest grocery store was probably an hour's walk away at least.
They were also the only venue in my trip to respond to a message query on Booking.com, which to me demonstrated how thoughtful and well-organisee the hosts are!
This was an absolutely wonderful end to my trip. Anyone who wishes to visit Bavaria should definitely consider this venue.
The only negative was the limited public transport, if that is your only mode of transport.
There are some lovely walls you can go on (such as to the Pilgrimage Church of Wies) but if you wish to have a day out in Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Füssen, the public transport options are quite sparse and so you can end up not having many hours there to explore.
This venue is ideal for cyclists, visitors who have cars or long-distance hikers who are only staying over for a night.
