The apartment was practical and comfortable for our almost 1 month stay - especially the kitchen. The wifi was good, as too the large screen smart TV. Parking was always available in a private street. The building was in a complex of 3 well maintained grounds. Although without balcony, the windows opened wide to allow an aired feel. The view over the city centre was pleasant with distant mountains and sea both visible.
For us, it was too noisy at night, especially after midnight until 02h00. The nearby Yumbo centre has outdoor entertainment and even with closed windows, the noise was substantial. So for night owls, the apartment would be ideal. During the day time, there was no noise problem.
There is an electric socket and light switch immediately adjacent to the bathroom tap at the height of the basin. This is risky and in most places would not conform to safety standards.
