This host is fantastic, I booked very last minute (same evening) and he communicated within a minute of me booking with introduction and very helpful information; having had a very bad experience with another booking this was just what I needed.
The host waited for us to arrive just before 11pm, welcomed us in and showed us around; the place was clean and tidy and room decorated to a high standard; the bed was The most comfortable I've slept in.
I've not booked a shared bathroom property before but needed somewhere to stay, there was a bit of a wait at times and the other people using it didn't take care to clean up after themselves leaving water on the floor but that wasn't the hosts fault; the bathroom was immaculate at check in.
Parking is available but only free in the evening until 8am which required us to set an alarm to pay, the maximum stay is 2 hours which meant we had to check out at 10am instead of 11am but this was ok, just something to keep in mind when booking.

The location, easy commutation, very near to the metro underground. Reasonable price.
though there were enough coffee and tea bags, there was no milk. Not a big issue. It would have been better.

The location was great, right next to the tube station, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean
Was put in the loft room during a heatwave which was unfortunate, it got boiling hot and could not sleep at all, the room had a fan which was handy but not enough, the communal spaces especially the bathroom was quite dirty especially the shower mats which were filthy and the toilet, though the shower itself was fine
