The room looks lovely, it is clear that the owner does everything to make it as hospitable as possible. It is big enough for a couple and spotlessly clean. The strong water pressure from the shower.
The room is on the ground floor, which means that you cannot leave the windows open during the night for fear that someone might climb in. It is a bit far from the city centre for my taste. We used the public transport, but the problem is that the buses go that way less frequently in the evenings. The bathroom is rather small.
