Have stayed here every time we pass through Grand Forks. Always clean and comfortable. Reception is very friendly and quick with a suggestion for Chinese food or breakfast! To top it off a decent price for a clean room with fridge microwave TV with tons of Roku apps.

The man at the front desk was very nice and the room was very clean. Lots of parking and close to all amenities. But the paint on the lower walls were peeling. Other than that we would definitely stay there again .
