Well-appointed, rustic lakeside cabin.Excellent communication, directions and check-in.

Property was exactly what we needed for a short day during our friends wedding. The venue is probably a 10 minute walk from the property, so it was easy for us to get ready at this property and walk over to the wedding and reception. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive. Only feedback/advice I would give to those booking, is that the road to turn into the Property on the main road, is pretty hard to see at night, and there’s no service up there. Just FYI to have maps up to date

Very cozy, beautiful views, convenient location, friendly owners

Could have used a lot more communications regarding the surroundings. The mountains have no cell service, period. Would have been nice to have that pointed out to us before we took off. Had we known, we would have printed out the directions regarding how to get in to the property once we got there. In addition, this property was extremely poorly marked, and impossible to find. When Google Maps told us “we had arrived”, there was NO mailbox, and in the dark, there was no driveway visible. A more detailed description of how to get to the property from the main road would have been very helpful. Once we were there, since there was no cell service, we had no way to access how to get in to the cabin. All this could have been averted is WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE WILL BE NO CELL SERVICE, AND THAT WE SHOULD PRINT OUT THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE WE LEAVE. The cabin was as expected, and a good value. It was very clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately , the hair raising inability to get to the cabin the night before really ruined our ability to enjoy our surroundings.
