We stayed at this place and were treated like family. Denis and his beautiful wife will help you any which way they can to ensure you have a wonderful trip and all your needs are met. We stayed in one of the villas, place was clean, quiet and by the end of our trip it felt like home. The location is pretty central and close to everything, walking could be a bit of a challenge due to a busy road and hills so we rented a scooter and got to see so many things during our stay. Would highly recommend this place for its proximity to virtually all and because of the dedication the owners show through all they do for their guests.

Very friendly staff. Clean, well equipped hotel. Many stores nearby. About a 15-20 min walk to beaches( Kata/Karon)

Staff was great, had a great time chatting with them. They were also very helpful with my extended stay, they even gave me a bigger room w\balcony. Laundry service was very handy.
