The location of this property was wonderful. Very easy access to the beach, which was uncrowded and full of sand dollars! The inside of the house was very nice, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 5 adults and two kids. The owners have set up the house to be perfect for kids with the boat/sea themed bunk room, the garage with games and the dress up area for the little ones. The communication was great with the hosts. They alerted us that there was a problem with the hot tub which began the night before our arrival, but managed to get someone to service it (even with the holiday), and we were able to use it the later part of our visit. But here’s where I have a problem. All the pictures of the inside of the house are totally accurate. It is lovely. But some of the outside shots are no longer accurate, like the shot of the man on the deck on the upper level looking towards the ocean with a glass of wine or any of the pictures looking towards the ocean/sunset. There is now a house being constructed to the right and rear of this property. So directly behind this house is a grassy dune area, which is very nice. But as you stand on the back patio, the view to the NW is blocked by a house being constructed. Where the problem lies is the use of older pictures, before this construction began. I think the listing should include pictures of the way it looks now or leave that view out. We were expecting a property that looked like the pictures and that is not what we got.

I cannot over state how much I love this house. It has three grown up bedrooms, all kings, two downstairs hangout spaces, two great kid rooms, walking distance to the beach, accessible sand area right in front of the patio hangout space. The entire home facilitates 3 families to enjoy one another and their children while having a lot of adult space!

What a lovely home and the view was incredible!! Our family enjoyed 5 days during our stay. The game room was a huge hit with everyone. The interior was magazine perfect with views from almost every room. The kitchen was such a nice size for many cooks at the same time, and the amenities were plentiful. The house was so clean!! The beach was so close. Lauren was so kind, informative and a text away. It truly was the perfect place to send our 50th Wedding Anniversary!!The Peterson’s

The property was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues. We loved thePing pong table in the game room-a great place to spend a rainy day. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked, clean and organized. It was nice to be so close to the boardwalk to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely book again!
