Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sunset Place with Bender. They are a joy to work with. The house is clean and very spacious for our family while keeping everyone close together. Access to the beach is directly out of the door and in Mid June, it is like having your own private beach. This is our 3rd year and have already booked next year. Our Grandkids are making beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to Bender and the owners of the property for having us. We absolutely love it.

The view from the deck is phenomenal We saw dolphins, a shark, manta rays and all kinds of fish! It's just steps ti the beach. We spent most of our time on the beach or on the deck. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Host was very easy to deal with and very helpful.

One more pot of an average size would help

After we walked in the house, we immediately went to Walmart to purchase some cleaning supplies. Three of us spent over 3 hours mopping the floor and scrubbing the entire first floor. I changed the water halfway through the mopping due to it was just to gross to continue to use. The table, chairs, couch all had to be cleaned before we could bring in our clothes. The upstairs bathroom had soap residue on the ledge and toothpaste down the front of the drawer. We also had to remove the rug under the bed in one of the bedrooms due to the odor. The deck and outside furniture were really nice, and we spent as much time as possible outside. This would be a nice house if it was cleaned. We enjoyed the deck and the beach.
