Loved the property and location.

We had a great stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, well-appointed, and located in a absolutely perfect area. It's steps from downtown and just across the street from Josephine's. It was very comfortable overall. The only drawbacks for us were sleep-related. Because the house was built in the early 1900s, the floors are incredibly squeaky. Not an issue during the day, but any movement during the night or morning made it a bit tough to sleep, even light tossing and turning in bed made our floors squeak. The window shades are also pull-down style and don't quite block out the morning light, especially in the 2nd room (a few of the curtains wouldn't actually stay down) and the pillows were very thin ("barely there" variety). While the squeaky floors are unavoidable in a historic home like this and part of the charm, updated curtains and pillows would go a long way. Overall, a lovely and very comfortable place to stay if you aren't a light sleeper or have kids/teens who need to sleep later than their parents.

Great location with an easy walk to downtown, straight shot to the mountains if you’re here for winter sports or hiking Mt Humphrey’s, as well as Josaphine’s right across the street, great for brunch or apps & wine. Quiet neighborhood with easy street parking. Have stayed here a couple of times, always a great place! Well decorated, clean, and good communication with the hosts!

Living spaces were comfortably appointed, beds were soft with plenty of extra pillows. Walking distance to the lively downtown and grocery store. Perfect location for activities in Northern Arizona! Would recommend!
