This home exceeded every expectation and was the perfect Sedona getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible views and the peaceful, private setting. The house was beautifully maintained and very thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed (or wanted) during our stay.We spent hours enjoying the outdoor spaces, taking in the stunning scenery, and watching the abundant wildlife and birds that visited throughout the day. Every sunrise and sunset felt like a special event. The location offered the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, making it easy to relax while still being close to everything Sedona has to offer.The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and welcoming, with plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. And the master bath has a tub that will melt away those sore hiking muscles. It truly felt like a home away from home.Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable Sedona experience.

We had stayed at the property in 2014, so selected it again for this return visit with friends.Positives - Property is in a great location and is large.Negatives - the hot water was not working and as no instructions were provided, we had to work out why the boiler was not functioning ( down to UPS being switched off). Also property was beginning to look tired, hence the lower rating

Furnishings were hit or miss. As an example the master bedroom king size bed is broken. The right side literally falls off as the springs are broken. The living room seating is uncomfortable, the leather couch springs are shot and you fall in. The arm chairs were also uncomfortable and one was falling apart. Lights are minimal even if you turn on every light. Getting to the front door is an adventure as there’s not enough outdoor lighting to see. The solar lights are super dim or several don’t work. The house is nice and location is decent. Lots of space and kitchen amenities plentiful to the point there’s too many pots and pans. Seclusion was nice, but traffic in Sedona was more than expected and getting to Sedona proper from the house was difficult at times. AC worked very well.

We liked the views and location the house was nicely decorated and we liked the amenities. The kitchen was nice. Things we didn't like: several dead roaches inside house, musty smell, cold white lighting hue, master bed runs downhill on one side, firepit seating area was dirty and was unkempt and we had to kill live scorpions near the firepit so we couldn't comfortably use the space. Back doorknob kept falling off due to screw needing tighening. Grill did not work and would not light even with valve open. Porter was supposed to get back to me but never did. Overall the house does have potential but does need some small changes and Pest Control.
