Perfect for our getaway. Even had a bear come through the front yard one night! (Stealing trash from the apartments across the street!)

We rented the house for 2 family's coming to the Pigeon Forge Ripken baseball Tournament. Located very close to the fields and centrally located to everything else. It was great space for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). The kids enjoyed all the games. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub or fire pit. A bear did visit the dumpster across the street.

We loved staying here. The beds were clean and comfortable. It had all we needed. I loved the outside games and fire area.

Chose this property because of the location and king size bedrooms. Aging property that that could use some updating. Comfortable, clean stay but just the basics. Plenty of parking and close to theme park and entertainment/food. Easy check in and check out with minimal cleaning requirements and low fees. Hot tub jets did not work and fridge was slow to get cool. Ant problem in the kitchen.
