Great stay

Good property

Sunny was an excellent host - he responded promptly to any questions I had. The property was a perfect fit for our family holiday gathering and was as advertised.

Unfortunately the email with check in information wasn’t accurate, as we need a new code to get the door key and a new password for the wifi, however, the host was very quick to respond to get the correct information. As for cleanliness, the bathrooms and linens were clean, but the floors throughout the entire house needed to be washed. There were sticky spots on the floors, and if you walked around in socks or bare feet the bottoms turned almost black within 10 mins so that was very disappointing. Some of the walls also looked like there was signs of liquid that had run down it and needed to be washed off. The kitchen counters were clean but inside the cupboards was filthy with lots of residual food that needed to be cleaned away. The property advertised baby gates but none were present. The host did buy some and have them dropped off that evening, but this type of pressure gate fell out easily and would have needed to drill rubber feet in stairway railing /wall to effectively hold gate up. House was nice and large, but the minimum furniture was present as pictured, so if it’s not in the pictures don’t expect it. There was not a lot of utensils or enough seating at the table for the number of people the house is advertised for. Lawn was filled with 3 feet high weeds when arrived so could not play yard games as expected. I would not classify this house as luxury but it is a larger, newer home.
