We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had every amenity one could possibly think of in every area of the house. There is a 180 degree view of the ocean out the living, dining, and kitchen areas. We enjoyed sitting out on the very large deck (with room for all). It was very windy but the folding glass wind screen made it very pleasant to be out there. We had fun playing ping pong, shuffleboard, games, and the piano in the basement area. The house is large with plenty of space for everyone. The only drawback was the bedroom in the basement area that had 2 queen sized beds. It was difficult for those family members to sleep due to so much light that enters the room (even at night). They felt it needed blinds, not for privacy, but for light control. The Shell beach location was convenient for walking along the scenic trail, walking to coffee shop, and was a quick drive to beach, parks, and restaurants. It was a fun family time together and we hope to return. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house matched the listing perfectly and gave our whole group plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean and well kept. The host Linda was wonderful, very quick to respond anytime we had a question and genuinely helpful. The location was also super convenient to the Pismo Beach pier, shopping, and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property, and we had a wonderful stay there. We were amazed by the beauty of the house and the views. The house was fully stocked with glasses, plates, towels and everything we could possibly need. The hosts even provided a lovely gift basket. There were a couple of minor glitches during the stay, but the host was super-responsive. We hope to return soon.

A beautiful home with stunning views. The house is wonderful for a people of all ages. The house has so much to offer from the hot tub on the top, beautiful kitchen and family space, outdoor seating, and a game room. The location made it easy to get to all the area attractions.
