The home is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. Additionally, Benny is happy to help with any recommendations you need! Overall, I loved my stay and would stay here again!

Stayed at this property to drop off my daughter at the Coast Guard Academy (CGA) for her 'swab' summer. Chose this property for it proximity to the academy and it was a great location, less than 15 minutes away. The unit was recently updated and had everything that we needed. Would recommend this property to anyone who has to drop a cadet off at the CGA especially for an early reporting time.

Love coming here every year for the Polka festival. Benny is wonderful as a host, returns messages ASAP. Perfect and more perfect.

Benny's place was clean and comfortable and well equipped! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of AC. Nice coffee maker and washer and dryer. Parking was easy and the porch off the dining room was a nice touch. The steps up to the apt. were a bit steep and challenging to navigate (we had an infant with us) but not a negative, just worthy of a mention. Thanks. Would stay again if needed.
