We have loved this trip and the location is really nice! Close enough to go to Broadway and Nissan Stadium on foot. We were in town to see Ed Sheeran and walked to and from the venue. The rental was perfect for the 6 of us. We really enjoyed the rooftop and the cool garage door. Thanks !

Speaking to a real person instead of messaging when you have an issue would help.
