Highly recommend the house and the host. We encounter a few issues and the host responded immediately, even sending out a technician to fix the air conditioning unit after 9 pm on a Sunday night. The house was more than we expected and the perfect place for our family to connect and relax.

The house was the perfect size for our group of family and friends. The kitchen is nicely laid out for a large party to cook in and eat together. The living room comfortably fit everyone after a long day of hanging out at the beach. I would rent this house again.

Great house, great location, great communication. Thank you ! It took some figuring out on the pool /hot tub heating but instant responses from Echelon so thank you ! Our family had a wonderful time and made wonderful memories !! We couldn’t be happier with our choice in your property and if back in Miramar Beach we would definitely choose your house again !

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a few minor issues with cleanliness and the pool alarm, but property management addressed everything quickly once we reported it. We would highly recommend staying at this house!
