This property is just lovely and perfect for our family. There are actually two complete suites with kitchen and laundry. It is well maintained and thoughtfully furnished. Just a short walk to beach or marina. It has an upper deck that is perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings. There is also a fire pit in the yard with chairs

I understand you can’t control the tenants before but there was no room to put our trash out bc their trash was overflowing. There was corn on the cob w ants all over it and empty mini liquor bottles in the backyard. The ac unit downstairs in the bedroom makes a constant drilling sound. Was unaware the bedrooms were separated to downstairs and upstairs. There were flies in the house. The bed downstairs felt as though it was going to break at any minute. The sheets just felt dirty. Overall just a little disappointed but owner has good communication and accommodating. Gave us a late check out by an hour. It’s just unfortunate when there are disrespectful tenants right before you.
