If the shared bath/shower situation works for you, this is a wonderful spot. Extremely clean, very helpful staff, excellent location. Even for a shared situation, it’s ideal — private, several on each floor, never a wait, and sparkling clean always. 10/10

It’s central and clean and the front desk and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful. For the price it’s great.

This place was way better than I was expecting. It’s super basic and no frills, but it was very clean and the shared bathrooms were no problem at all. They were clean and always available. Beds were firm and the rooms are small so be prepared. Bring ear plugs since outside noise is high as most NYC hotels are. I found some of the front desk staff nice and some not so much. Will stay again.
