The Space:

This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is bright and spacious with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the common area.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up something delicious with all those local products from the Marché.

You’ll feel like a born and raised Montrealer eating in front of the exposed brick dining room wall. Classique.

At the end of the day, your feet will be grateful for a break from walking up and down The Main as you relax with a local brew in the full sized bathtub.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so that everybody can enjoy the apartment without sacrificing privacy and comfort – whether you’re travelling with friends or the whole family.

The Neighborhood:
From your apartment, you’ll step out right into the heart of downtown Montreal. There’s no shortage of shopping, cafés, restaurants, bars and terrasses right at your doorstep.

One of the best things about Montreal is its neighbourhoods, and there are lots to explore. Don’t believe us? London-based media company, Time Out recently put our very own burrough of Verdun at #11 on their list of the 40 coolest neighbourhoods in the world.

Mile End / Mile Ex: Fashion, art, culture. You’ll feel like you’re part of the city’s DNA when you step into this trendiest of burroughs.

Little Italy: Come for the food, stay for the … food. It’s all about the food!

Old Montreal / Old Port: Old world charm, rich in history and home to some of Montreal’s most notorious bars and restaurants.

Sud-Ouest: A burrough which includes neighbourhoods like Saint-Henri, Pointe Saint Charles, Verdun and Ville Emard – you’re guaranteed locally owned cafes, galleries, book stores, and eateries that showcase all of the charm and uniqueness that is Montreal.

Plateau: Originally Montreal’s most popular neighbourhood, and more recently home and stomping grounds of Montreal’s thriving student population. You’re guaranteed good old fashioned Montreal charm.

The Village: Good drinks, good eats, good art, great dancing. Recently cordoned off from traffic to allow pedestrians to wander freely.

Chinatown: The narrow streets and ample marketplaces of Montreal’s chinatown are bustling with life and delicious smelling food.

Getting Around:
Montreal is a big city in a small space which makes it a walker’s paradise.

Our bus and metro system is accessible, affordable, far reaching, and easy to navigate. Single trip tickets, bundles, and week, weekend or month long passes are available. You’ll be located near Guy Concordia and Peel metro stations on the Green Line. [link to a map]

Taxis and Ubers are easy to find.

Paid street and underground or lot parking are available in most neighbourhoods.

There are Bixi stations peppered all around the city three seasons a year, so you can rent a bike for the day or by the hour.
