The 55-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor.
It consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with a cozy leather couch and a recliner, a kitchen with a large table and a corner bench, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, including underfloor heating, as well as a weather-protected balcony (loggia) with a sun awning and mountain views for relaxing evenings.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven, leaving nothing to be desired. Our tap water is revitalized with GRANDER technology, giving it a very special drinking quality.

The apartment is non-smoking; however, our guests may smoke on the weather-protected balcony if needed.

Our apartment has been furnished with allergy sufferers in mind. It features only vinyl-cork or tile flooring. In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a 200 x 200 cm double bed with adjustable slatted frames. The bedding and mattresses are equipped with allergy-protective covers (dust mites) to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
For longer stays, towel changes are included.

Pets are therefore not allowed; we ask for your understanding.

By booking the vacation rental, the house rules posted in the unit become part of the contract.



Our house is located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, where you can pick up delicious rolls for breakfast at the bakery. Nearby you’ll find: a bus stop, hiking and biking trails, a cross-country ski trail, an ice rink, the Alpcura Rehabilitation Clinic, and St. Vinzenz Hospital.

We offer two bright, allergy-friendly apartments for 1–2 people.
On the first floor is a 55-square-meter apartment with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a covered balcony (loggia) with a sun awning and mountain views—perfect for relaxing.
The second apartment is 35 square meters and is located in the attic; it features a combined living and sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both apartments have their own parking space right next to the building. A bicycle and ski storage area is available.
Both apartments are non-smoking and have been furnished to be allergy-friendly.
Pets are therefore not permitted.
